1. Introduction

Welcome to FloorPlan Rewards ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FloorPlan Rewards platform, available at floorplanrewards.net and justicevip.com, including all related services, features, and content.

FloorPlan Rewards is a product and department of Data Network Analysts. By using our platform, you also agree to comply with applicable policies and guidelines established by Data Network Analysts.

2. Eligibility

To use FloorPlan Rewards, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel commitments at our sole discretion if we believe you do not meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

When you create an account with FloorPlan Rewards:

• You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Platform Services

Member Services

As a member of FloorPlan Rewards, you can:

• Create a digital wallet with a minimum deposit of $50
• Make commitments in Program A (Short-Term: 30/90/180/365 days) or Program B (Long-Term: 1/3/5 years)
• Earn loyalty points that accrue daily based on your commitment amount and term
• Redeem points for products through our Rewards Store partner catalog (100 points = $1.00 value)
• Select up to 3 business categories you wish to support
• Track your wallet balance, commitments, and transaction history

Important: Points are loyalty rewards, not investment returns. Points lock until commitment maturity. A $9.99/month membership fee applies.

Business Services

Businesses can apply for a Business Partner Subscription ($199/year) to:

• Create funding offers with flexible repayment terms
• Access community capital to support business growth
• Offer partner coupons and incentives to members
• Track funded amounts and repayment schedules

5. Commitments and Points

Commitment Terms

When you make a commitment:

• Your funds are locked for the duration of the selected term
• Points accrue daily but remain locked until the commitment reaches maturity
• Early withdrawal is not permitted; commitments must reach maturity before redemption
• You may have multiple active commitments across both programs

Points Accrual

Points accrue daily based on the formula: (amount × rate × 100) ÷ days, where the rate is determined by the selected term and program. Point rates are subject to change at our discretion for new commitments, but existing commitments retain their original rates.

Redemption

Upon commitment maturity:

• Your committed funds return to your cash balance
• Accrued points unlock and become available for redemption
• Redeemed points are converted to store credit with our Rewards Store partners
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold

6. Fees and Payments

FloorPlan Rewards charges the following fees:

• Member Subscription: $9.99/month (recurring, required to maintain active account)
• Business Partner Subscription: $199/year (annually, for businesses seeking funding)
• Transaction Fees: We may charge fees for deposits, withdrawals, or payment processing (as disclosed at the time of transaction)

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees. Failure to pay fees may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Partner Programs and Third Parties

Our Rewards Store partners (including AuraRestored) are independent businesses that provide product redemption services. Rewards Store partners are NOT affiliated with Data Network Analysts or FloorPlan Rewards. We are not responsible for the quality, availability, or fulfillment of products offered through partner programs.

When you redeem points with a partner, you agree to be bound by that partner's terms and conditions. We do not guarantee product availability, shipping times, or customer service provided by third-party partners.

8. User Data and Privacy

Your use of FloorPlan Rewards is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We collect, store, and process your personal and financial information
• Data Network Analysts will have access to all user data collected through the platform
• Your data may be used for marketing, analytics, and retargeting by Data Network Analysts or its affiliates
• We may share data with third-party service providers as described in our Privacy Policy

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including money laundering or identity theft
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation or security
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our staff
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our platform

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the FloorPlan Rewards platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of FloorPlan Rewards, Data Network Analysts, or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Investment Advice

FloorPlan Rewards is a loyalty rewards platform, not an investment product. Points are not securities, and no returns are guaranteed. You should not participate in commitments with the expectation of financial gain. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.

Platform Availability

We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloorPlan Rewards, Data Network Analysts, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content or services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Third-party conduct or content, including partner programs

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid in fees to FloorPlan Rewards in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FloorPlan Rewards, Data Network Analysts, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Inactivity or lack of use

Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will be revoked
• Active commitments may be honored through maturity or forfeited at our discretion
• You may request withdrawal of uncommitted cash balances (subject to applicable fees)
• Locked points may be forfeited if termination is due to Terms violation

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at floorplan@topdatadna.com. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account termination.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Data Network Analysts is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FloorPlan Rewards regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
